Capt. Rajesh P. Singh (Capt. RP) is a visionary aerospace infrastructure strategist and former DGCA Flight Operations Inspector who develops world-class aviation assets that drive economic transformation, regional connectivity, and national self-reliance. As Founder of THINKBRIDGE, he delivers end-to-end advisory spanning DGCA/ICAO/MoCA compliance, greenfield airport PPPs, heliports & FTOs, transaction advisory, and project monitoring. His pioneering contributions in indigenous Full Flight Simulator manufacturing standards, H145 terrain awareness systems for Char Dham operations, and first-ever regulatory amendments for aerobatic flying by an Indian Air Operator position India at the forefront of self-reliant aviation technology.

Strategic Sherpa Leadership: Haryana Aviation & Aerospace Ecosystem

As former Advisor to the Government of Haryana, Capt. Singh was the principal architect of the 7,200-acre Mega Integrated Aviation Hub (IAH) Hisar (launched 2016). His leadership drove:

  • Establishment of the Haryana Airports Development Corporation (HADC) in 2022 and formulation of the Haryana Aerospace and Defence Policy
  • Development of domestic airports at Ambala and Karnal plus commissioning of the Code 4E ILS-equipped DGCA-licensed International Airport at Hisar 2025, and PTB of 2.1 million passenger capacity)
  • NICDC Industrial Manufacturing Cluster (2,988 acres) at IAH Hisar, high-speed rail connectivity concepts to Gurugram/IGI Airport, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) planning, and the pioneering Skydiving facility at Narnaul (operational since 2018)

Capt. Singh brings deep operational and regulatory credibility as former DGCA Flight Operations Inspector, Examiner, and Head of Faculty for Flight Standards & Regulations. He is ICAO Train-the-Trainer certified (Air France), an ATPL Captain with command experience on Gulfstream, Embraer and Global Express under FAA/EASA/GCAA, and founded Part 135/91 operators including the pioneering introduction of VistaJet (Malta) in India for the Reliance Group. International advisory experience includes NMC (Abu Dhabi) and Berkshire Hathaway (Dallas-Fort Worth).

Pioneering Aerobatic Operations
Drafted Concept Research on the amendments to Aircraft Rules and CARs enabling aerobatic flying for an Indian registered Air Operator. Conducted comprehensive regulatory framework analysis and developed the business case for Aerobatic Team operations — establishing new pathways for advanced flight training and display capabilities in India.

Indigenous Innovation & FSTD Technology Leadership

A strong proponent of Atmanirbhar Bharat in aviation, Capt. Singh is advancing sovereign technology capabilities:

  • Pioneering technical advisory on indigenous Full Flight Simulator (FSTD) manufacturing standards — building local capability in high-fidelity simulation systems
  • Development of QTG for Airbus H145 with Enhanced Vision System and SAR capabilities for terrain awareness, directly supporting safe Char Dham Yatra Helicopter services in challenging Himalayan terrain
  • Led FSTD design and raw data capture for Hindustan 228 aircraft in India — enabling indigenous STOL platform simulator qualification and training ecosystem development

Thought Leadership: Civil Aviation for Viksit Bharat

Authored and presented the research paper “3000 Aircaft by 2030 in Civil Aviation for Viksit Bharat” to NITI Aayog, providing actionable policy insights on leveraging aviation infrastructure as a strategic multiplier for economic growth, regional connectivity, employment, tourism, and self-reliant national progress.

Capt. Rajesh P. As a former advisor to the Government of Haryana, Capt. Singh spearheaded the inception of Civil Aviation as a Economic and employment aspect of Skill development in a Agrarian state. With Groundbreaking Mega Integrated Aviation Hub (IAH) Hisar, a 7,200-acre project launched in 2016 under the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s office. His leadership led to the establishment of the Haryana Airports Development Corporation (HADC) in 2022, alongside transformative initiatives such as the Haryana Aerospace and Defence Policy, Ambala & Karnal  domestic airport, the NICDC’s Industrial Manufacturing Cluster in 2988 acres  at IAH , and a Code 4E ILS-equipped DGCA licensed Airport an international terminal at Hisar( 2025) with a 2.1 million passenger capacity. His visionary projects also include a Global City Heliport, urban air mobility (UAM) concepts, high-speed rail connectivity from IAH to Gurugram and IGI Airport, and the pioneering Skydiving facility in Narnaul operational since 2018.

Currently, the Consortium collaborates with leading public and private sector clients in India and abroad, driving projects in airports, air operations, cargo, MRO, and IT/AI solutions for flight operations, while nurturing green-shoot ventures. With a distinguished career as a DGCA Flight Operations Inspector, Examiner, and Head of Faculty for the Flight Standards Directorate and Regulations section, he enhanced India’s aviation standards, complemented by ICAO Train-the-Trainer certification (Air France). As an ATPL Captain with experience on Gulfstream, Embraer, and Global Express (FAA, EASA, GCAA), he founded Part 135 and Part 91 air operator companies, including the pioneering VistaJet (Malta) in India for Reliance. His collaboration with Global consultancies in Abu Dhabi ( NMC) and DFW, Texas, ( Berkshire Hathaway) enriches his network and project execution depth.

Beyond aviation, Capt. Rajesh P Singh is the Founder Member of – Task Force Committee and Joint Working Group of the Integrated Aviation Hub. 

He has been spearheading  the Concept and Execution team of the Integrated Aviation Hub and has robustly steered the teams to reach the mandate of the Mega project, in consonance with economic scenarios to generate scalable employment in society. 

Since 2016-17 , he has been pivotal in Strategic Change Management for Aerospace economic growth and development of the State of Haryana. 

He has been responsible for the end-to-end program management ,from initiation to delivery and support transitions including Master planning synergy (ESG & SDG) and manage large teams and consistent 360 degrees coordination.

He has coordinated the development of multi-disciplinary teams and departments.
