As Founder of THINKBRIDGE, he delivers end-to-end advisory spanning DGCA/ICAO/MoCA compliance, greenfield airport PPPs, heliports & FTOs, transaction advisory, and project monitoring. His pioneering contributions in indigenous Full Flight Simulator manufacturing standards, H145 terrain awareness systems for Char Dham operations, and first-ever regulatory amendments for aerobatic flying by an Indian Air Operator position India at the forefront of self-reliant aviation technology.
Strategic Sherpa Leadership: Haryana Aviation & Aerospace Ecosystem
As former Advisor to the Government of Haryana, Capt. Singh was the principal architect of the 7,200-acre Mega Integrated Aviation Hub (IAH) Hisar (launched 2016). His leadership drove:
- Establishment of the Haryana Airports Development Corporation (HADC) in 2022 and formulation of the Haryana Aerospace and Defence Policy
- Development of domestic airports at Ambala and Karnal plus commissioning of the Code 4E ILS-equipped DGCA-licensed International Airport at Hisar 2025, and PTB of 2.1 million passenger capacity)
- NICDC Industrial Manufacturing Cluster (2,988 acres) at IAH Hisar, high-speed rail connectivity concepts to Gurugram/IGI Airport, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) planning, and the pioneering Skydiving facility at Narnaul (operational since 2018)
Pan-India & International Project Portfolio

Conducted comprehensive regulatory framework analysis and developed the business case for Aerobatic Team operations — establishing new pathways for advanced flight training and display capabilities in India.
Indigenous Innovation & FSTD Technology Leadership
A strong proponent of Atmanirbhar Bharat in aviation, Capt. Singh is advancing sovereign technology capabilities:
- Pioneering technical advisory on indigenous Full Flight Simulator (FSTD) manufacturing standards — building local capability in high-fidelity simulation systems
- Development of QTG for Airbus H145 with Enhanced Vision System and SAR capabilities for terrain awareness, directly supporting safe Char Dham Yatra Helicopter services in challenging Himalayan terrain
- Led FSTD design and raw data capture for Hindustan 228 aircraft in India — enabling indigenous STOL platform simulator qualification and training ecosystem development
Thought Leadership: Civil Aviation for Viksit Bharat
Authored and presented the research paper “3000 Aircaft by 2030 in Civil Aviation for Viksit Bharat” to NITI Aayog, providing actionable policy insights on leveraging aviation infrastructure as a strategic multiplier for economic growth, regional connectivity, employment, tourism, and self-reliant national progress.
Socio-Economic Impact & Institutional Building
Beyond aviation, Capt. Singh drives holistic development. He founded the Greater Hisar Foundation (Chambers of Commerce) in 2018, incubating over 400 businesses in partnership with GJUST. He played a pivotal role in the Hisar Metropolitan Development Authority (2023).
